Frequently Asked Questions

  • When can I join?

    You can join at any time, but you must sign up before the closing date to get that month's latter.

    Ex. If you want August's letter, you must sign up before July 31st. If you sign up after, you will get the next month's letter.

  • When will letters be shipped?

    Letters will be shipped by the 5th of the month.

  • When will I be charged?

    You will get charged immediately when you place your initial order. Subscriptions will then renew on the 30th of each month.

  • Will you provide tracking?

    Unfortunately no. Letters are shipped via snail mail with a First-Class Mail®
    stamp and are untracked.

  • How long till I get my letter?

    After being shipped USPS First-Class Mail takes 1 to 5 business days for domestic delivery. International delivery can take 7 to 21 business days.

  • When can I cancel?

    You can cancel at any time! If you cancel after the closing date and have already been charged, you will receive that last month's letter.
